Artists spend a period working in Serifos — in the mines, on the footpaths and within the island’s community.
Kotoki hosts artists and researchers over successive periods, often outside the tourist season, when the island returns to its own rhythm. We support the process with working space in Chora, introductions to the island’s people and archives, and production support for public presentations.
We have supported a wide range of international and national artists working in different media, including but not limited to painting, drawing, sculpture, video, research and music.
There is no rolling open call. For proposals, write to us on Instagram.

The space
Kotoki sits at the heart of Chora, the main settlement of Serifos. The space is used for working, presentations and gatherings. Events often move outside it — into the mines, the squares and the footpaths of the island.
